Garsdale Village Hall (formerly the primary school) is run by a local committee for the benefit of the residents of Garsdale and anyone else who wishes to join us.

The new heat pumps are working, we have replaced
some windows, insulated the roof space, added ceiling fans, and repainted the walls.
Financial assistance was also provided by the SMCC Foundation and we thank for their help with the project.
The new water supply is now very potable and has passed stringent tests.
EVENTS that happened in 2019:There was a Beetle Drive at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, February 18th.
The Village Hall AGM was held at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, May 13th.
Garsdale Sports was on Wednesday, May 29th from 1 p.m.
On Saturday, July 20th, we held afternoon tea at the Village Hall.
A fun afternoon with barbecue was held on Saturday, August 17th starting with the Duck Race at 3 p.m.
On Saturday, August 24th, there was another afternoon tea at the Village Hall.
The Harvest Supper on Friday, September 20th raised £450 for St John's Hospice, Lancaster. Thank you to everyone who helped.
There was another Beetle Drive at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, October 21st.
The Garsdale Bonfire was lit at 7 p.m. on Saturday, November 2nd. followed by Fireworks.
The Domino Drive was on Monday, November 18th at 7:30 p.m.
Mince pies after the Carol Service on December 16th.
